Shipping Information
We've established a fast and efficient system for order processing and shipping. We know you want your order quickly, at the lowest possible cost. We have provided a shipping schedule to provide you with order processing time, estimated shipping time, holiday schedule, International Shipping Policy, and more. We do not charge any handling fees or tax. We calculate our rates per shipment, based on total weight, minimum of one pound.
If there is additional freight, you will see it noted on the item's page. Note: Item's shipped by freight truck have individual shipping costs. The freight truck shipping charge will be noted on the item's page.
The Shipping Schedule
Ground Delivery - If you place your order by 1:00 pm (MST), your order will be shipped same day; otherwise your order will be shipped next business day. Then add 2-6 business days for UPS to deliver your package (depending on your UPS zone).
EXAMPLE: If you choose ground delivery and place your order before 1:00 pm (MST) on Monday, your order will be shipped out on Monday. If you place your order at 2:00 pm (MST) on Monday, your order will ship on Tuesday.
Air Delivery - All air orders placed by 1:00 pm (MST), will be shipped same day; otherwise your order will be shipped next business day. Please note that the day it ships is NOT counted for day 1.
EXAMPLE: If you choose 2nd Day Air delivery and place your order before 1:00 pm (MST) on Wednesday, your order will be shipped out on Wednesday and you will receive it on Friday. If you place your order at 2:00 pm (MST) on Wednesday, your order will be shipped on Thursday and you will receive it on Monday. REMEMBER weekends and holidays do not count for business days.
NOTE: At checkout, you will have a link that will give you a more detailed Time in Trasnit schedule so you can choose the best shipping method for your order.
Shipping Exceptions & Additional Information
We ship out of our warehouse Monday through Friday. If you place an order after 1:00 P.M. (MST), we’ll process your order on the next business day. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and major holidays. The Estimated Total Delivery Time applies to in-stock products only (not items shipping directly from manufacturer, which is stated on the product page). If we have to review an order for security reasons, that review may affect the Estimated Processing Time. We can’t guarantee Estimated Shipping Times as they are determined by the specific shipping carrier. If you order a lot of the same item, we may contact you giving you a new shipping quote. Some larger packages shipped motor freight may need to be picked up at the local carrier's facility instead of delivery to your home.
As soon as you receive your order, make sure to inspect it immediately to make sure you received everything you ordered. If your order arrived incomplete, contact us immediately. If you wait to contact us, we are not responsible for any missing or damaged items.

Processing Time = the amount of time it takes from the moment you submit your order until we ship it out of the warehouse. Processing time may vary, based on the size and availability of your item. If the processing time differs than what is stated on this page, the item's processing time will be stated on the product description. Shipping Time = based on the shipping method you choose. Please see the table above for estimated shipping times. Total Delivery Time = the amount of time it takes from the moment you submit your order until the packages arrive. IMPORTANT NOTE: Make sure that all your shipping information is correct (street address, apartment/house/suite number, and the zip code). If UPS has to re-route your package because of the wrong shipping information, we will automatically charge you $5.00 to $10.00 on your credit card. This fee is charged by the shipping carrier. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
If it takes us longer than expected to process your order, we'll update you by e-mail. This mostly happens if the customer chooses UPS Ground to a P.O. Box. Please double check this information before submitting your order to us.
Do you ship outside of the United States?
Yes! However, we suggest placing an order for $40.00 in products due to shipping charges will be more than the cost of goods. There is a $25.00 minimum. If you do not meet the minimum, your order will automatically be cancelled. Also, we only accept two different kinds of payments which are:
- We accept PayPal payments but it has to be a confirmed address with PayPal in order for us to process your order (for more information on PayPal, go to www.paypal.com). You must be a verified paypal member in order for us to process your order. Once you place your order, we will email you shipping quotes. If you do not accept any of the shipping costs, we will refund your Paypal Payment back into your account.

Credit cards are accepted if your billing address and zip verifies. We Telex the information we receive to your bank and wait for a response verifying your information. Please note this can take up to 7 business days. If we do not hear back from your bank, we cancel the order within 7 days. If the bank will not verify the credit card billing address, which is required for us to get a secure approval, your order will be cancelled and you will receive an email. You can then replace your order and choose Paypal.
We give you the option of choosing Express Mail or Priority Mail International. We can not provide you with a shipping quote until after your order is placed and your payment method is approved as this is a full process. After payment approval, we will email you your shipping options and costs and wait for your reply. We will not ship your order until you have agreed to our terms and choose which shipping option you would like (shipping terms and options will be emailed to you). We will not give out shipping costs before your order is placed. Not all products can be shipped internationally. Once your payment method is approved, we will email you back the costs for Express Mail and Priority Mail International. You will need to reply to the email and let us know if you approve any of the shipping costs and terms. Both shipping options receive tracking numbers. Please note that we can not file a loss claim for 90 days if your package gets lost (this rarely happens). We can not credit your card until the claim is complete which can take up to an additional 90 days.
